With a professional background at Grab managing 50+ merchants, I specialize in transforming complex stakeholder needs into products that drive measurable ROI and social impact. Currently, I am leading the Product and UX lifecycle for a mobile solution at LionBefrienders, focused on mitigating caregiver burnout through intuitive design and scalable system logic.
